T. T. Mitchell Consulting, Inc offer two free email newsletters:  one focused on employee business management issues, the second focused on healthcare business office issues.

What's so compelling?

Let's start with the management newsletter first.  It is for anyone who's been promoted to some kind of leadership position, no matter what, or where, it is, or for anyone who wants to learn what leaders should know.  Are you a CEO, VP, director, manager, supervisor, team leader, business owner, employee? Are you looking to grow in your professional life? Are you looking to experience more enjoyment in your personal life, this newsletter is for you.

I tackle management, leadership, diversity, customer service, employee relations, and motivation.  Many times there are inspirational stories that have a message buried within them; sometimes there are events that everyone can identify with that teach a lesson.  And, every once in awhile, I will respond to questions received from readers, and it becomes an educational tool.  This is definitely for you, and it's free!  I've written a book, created a training program, and do seminars and speaking engagement.  You owe it to yourself to discover whether I really have something to say, and how it can help to impact your life.  Did I happen to mention that it's free?

So that sounds good and fine, but what about the healthcare newsletter?  This one is geared towards anyone who works in a healthcare finance position of some kind.  You can be a director or a biller; you can be a collector or a patient accounting rep.  You can be a chief financial officer; it doesn't matter.  I address all of the issues that anyone in healthcare financial services, hospitals, physicians, clinics, etc, need or want to learn, as well as an extension of some issues that are covered in the management newsletter.  After all, healthcare personnel are looking to become better leaders themselves.  What's normally missing in this field are two things; one, the motivation to be something better than you already are, and two, practical ideas that you can put into place, even if you have to modify the ideas a little bit for your office.

You may subscribe to either or both newsletters. What do you have to lose, except the opportunity to learn something, be motivated, or have something to share with others?

An example of the newsletters for business issues and medical business office issues can be found here.
