This morning I awoke to learning that this blog is listed in the top 150 blogs for leadership and management on a site called Noop.nl. I'm ecstatic by that, because I do try hard to bring something to almost every post (we all take one off every now and then).

I come in at #58, and I know many of the people by name who are ahead of me and in back of me, so I'm in good company. This adds to the list of sites where this blog is listed in some fashion. For instance, it's one of the few blogs listed on Guy Kawasaki's Alltop page under Leadership/Management, which is also a nice honor.

I don't think all that often about rankings for this blog, but when it does come up, I like to get out there and take a look. According to Google and Bing, if you put in "Mitch's Blog" it comes up in the number one position, but in Yahoo it comes up at #10. I'm not quite sure how accurate any of that is, but I'll take what I can get. Leadership and management is a tough area to compete in, especially since I talk about other issues as well, but it's certainly not as tough as the areas my other two blogs compete in.

Enough of that; I'm glad to be listed somewhere, and I appreciate it greatly. I only hope to continue to live up to such listings.
