Biography

T. T. "Mitch" Mitchell has been in healthcare since 1983. For eighteen years he worked in various healthcare organizations, seventeen of those years in a management capacity. He's skilled in the entire revenue cycle, from registration through collections and everything in between. He specializes in charge master reviews and has a background in corporate compliance as well.

Mr. Mitchell is also qualified as a leadership and diversity trainer, presenting training programs and speaking on these and other topics in 9 states. He provides executive coaching to both individuals and organizations.

He's written two books on leadership, Embrace The Lead, and Leadership Is/Isn't Easy. He's written over 6,000 articles, which are published in magazines and various online periodicals and blogs.

Mr. Mitchell was a three term president of the Mid York Medical Accounts Management Association in Syracuse, NY for 15 years. He was a 13-year member of the board of directors for ARISE Inc and is a 15-year member and board member of the Consultant's Network of Central New York. He's also a member of the Greater Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, was formerly listed as a consultant with the the National Minority Aids Council, and is on the editorial board of Aspen Publishers/Wolters Kluwer.
