At a seminar I went to the other day, the speaker, Scott Blanchard, said this one very important line that he couldn’t remember, nor can I find through research, who said it:


“When you become a leader, you forfeit your right to not see the impact you have on other people.”

If every person who’s ever been put into a leadership position, or wants to be in a leadership position, just remembers this simple phrase, you’ll always know what your ultimate goal is supposed to be.
