On the first CD, I told the story of a friend of mine who went into business, was doing well, then had a major fail that should never have happened. I haven't given that presentation in awhile, and I'm not giving the entire presentation in the video below.  What I am doing is sharing this one story, and then adding a couple more leadership lessons that should have been gleaned from it.  <\/p>\n<p>I'm doing this for three reasons.  <\/p>\n<p>One, because I'd like to help highlight why the Keys To Leadership series might be something you're looking for.  <\/p>\n<p>Two, because over the years I've realized that one can learn more than one lesson from an event.  Back when I put this presentation together I only wanted to cover one lesson per story, and if I were doing this live again I'd still go that route.  But since I'm putting this video with this post, I can expand on it a bit.<\/p>\n<p>And three, because I want to highlight my new video channel, which most people seem to be missing because I had been putting all videos on the same channel, which still exists, but I have the new channel which will be for videos specifically associated with this blog and website.
