So I admit surprise and elation at being quoted in one of the blogs I have on my blogroll, which I'd added just because I like what this person has to say, as well as wrote about once on my own.<\/p>\n<p>It was on the Black Factor Blog, and if you'd like, you can see that quote, you can by <a href=\"http:\/\/theblackfactor.blogspot.com\/2006\/10\/reader-shares-his-perspective-on.html\"><b>clicking here<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This really is a good blog for minorities working in the business world, and I applaud the author, S.
