		<description>I think it&#039;s just common courtesy for a representative to apologize for the delay, no matter what mode of transportation you take.  Granted, there are times when it is out of their control - especially when you&#039;re taking the bus or train....there&#039;s traffic, accidents, weather, etc...it happens...</description>
