I’ve finally started work on one of the books I said I hoped to complete this year. It’s a healthcare book, kind of, geared towards, well, anyone who might ever have to go for healthcare services. Yeah, that pretty much sounds like everyone.

The basic premise is how to try to make sure medical bills get paid if one has insurance. It might sound like a slam dunk, but trust me, there are some hospitals, physicians, and clinics where upwards of 50% of their outstanding receivables is because bills they’ve sent out haven’t been paid. And believe it or not, some of it is your fault, not the medical provider’s fault; how’s that for a teaser?

So, it may take me some time, but I plan on having it done before the end of the year, though I’m hoping much, much sooner if I can keep the inspiration going.
