Hi Felisha,

Would you like to give your reason as to why you believe that?

I'm always glad to participate, Miss Bev. And I only use as many words as necessary in a post; sometimes I need a bunch of them to get my point across. :-)

Mitch,

Another long post--but one I definitely enjoyed reading. :) I think your points ar well taken and give insight into the "general mind" of a baby boomer man. I do agree men come out of the gate faster--probably because you're forced out. Women on the other hand start out in the nurturing mode and pick up steam after the nest becomes empty--once again, I think this is out of necessity of trying to find her mark.

This was one of the best shows I've done of late and I was so delighted to have you as a guest. By the way, I, too, need my sports fix, but have trouble finding women who know as much or care to know.

That's funny stuff, John! I'm not quite like you, but most of my friends are women also, so I can talk about the emotional stuff. But I still need my sports release, which is pretty much the only time I can really let loose.

Good morning, Mitch.

Those are some very interesting observations about the growth trajectories of men and women. Thanks for sharing them.

I don't have time to listen to your interview today, but it sounds like one I'd enjoy. Maybe I can get to it in a few days - this is a busy time of the month for me.

Now, I know the danger of making generalities and I am only saying the following in jest, so I hope I don't offend anyone.

It's been my experience that you can easily relate to both men and women if you remember that all women are crazy and all men are immature.

;)

I'm a baby boomer man and I enjoy talking about emotions and feelings much more than I do talking about sports and some of the other things you listed.

In fact, almost all of my best friends are women and I rarely get together with groups of men.

Hmmm...

Maybe I'm closer to being a baby boomer woman than a baby boomer man?

All the best,

JD
