Hanging in there, Rasheed. Balancing my new career with still marketing my older careers, and it's a perilous thing. Still, I like my freedom while putting some things in place, so all is good.

Mitch,

I have a very simple philosophy. One doesn't manage time, one manages oneself. The easiest way to train people is the same way you did the first time, by your action.

You trained them to expect a reply in a couple of hours by replying in a couple of hours, now train them to wait longer for the reply by replying when you can. If they have a problem with that, just remind them that THEY have a problem, not you. :)

How is life treating you otherwise, my frined?

Rasheed
