		<description>I don&#039;t know why that is but people hate their local hospitals. Hospitals in other parts of the city always seem a bit better. It&#039;s like &quot;the grass is always greener...&quot; and so on.

		<description>There is always that Bob, but the alternative is to not get the health care and, well, not be alive, or be in pain.  

Still, say you were on the other side, the hospital side, and you knew the bills were going to be possibly high.  What could you do to help alleviate the distress of a patient while they were in the hospital?  What suggestions would you make, or like to see?</description>
