Gratefulness

Tomorrow we here in America will be voting for president of the United States, along with many other political offices both national and local. For most of us, we are sick and tired of all the negative campaigning that's been taking place, and all we want is a place to escape.
Besides all the personal attacks, we have to deal with worries about the economy, worries about finances, worries about health care, worries about the environment, worries about Iraq and Iran and Syria, worries about the troops in both Afghanistan and Iraq, on and on and on.
Well, I think it's time to take a breath. It's time to think of what we have to be grateful for on this earth, and in our lives. Because, no matter who gets elected on Tuesday, or who's leading most countries that elect their leaders through some kind of democratic process, and even some places that don't do it that way, there's a lot of things to be grateful for in our lives.
To that end, it's been awhile since I've posted something to help make us feel good about ourselves; enjoy this little clip on gratefulness, which I got from a guy named Willie Crawford:
Here, here my friend. Sometimes it does one good to think about how fortunate we are and be grateful for the good things in our life rather than the negative aspects of our life.
I didn’t watch the clip as my Internet speed is way slow at the moment. Perhaps tomorrow I will see what I am missing.

I’m sure you’ll get to it, Sire, and when you do, you’ll appreciate the beauty of the clip. And thanks for the comment overall; I try to remind myself of this very thing every couple of days.
Did it, and it does ‘open’ your eyes doesn’t it?

Yes it does; I’m glad you’ve enjoyed it as much as I have.
