		<description>That is totally truth. Customer service should be one of the most important in any company. And that is not only in the best customers interest but also in company interest. A customer that was treated like a cockroach will not come back to that company and they will lose client/money. Taking care about customers is long shot politics and I can only say that they did very good to threat you with respect. A company without proper customer politics would not preserve its position on the market. Maybe for some time they would exist but eventually all of their mistakes would turn against them.</description>
