Controlling Anger
Posted on December 14th, 2007 in Management/Leadership
First, the latest TTM Newsletter is out, called Controlling Anger.
Why this topic? Over the last week, we’ve had a mass shooting at a mall, a double murder in Colorado, and yesterday a woman was sentenced to 5 to 10 years for using her 4-week old baby as a weapon against her boyfriend in a fight.
Anger in the regular world is bad enough; anger in business is a killer. It kills morale, it kills the thought process, and it can kill a business, large and small. And, unfortunately in today’s world, it can make you want to kill, or get you killed easily enough. Is it worth it?
