		<description>Enjoyed this post.  It reminds me of the &quot;Freedom or Death on a Decision&quot; story in Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill--said to be the greatest decision of all time. This was in in Philadelphia, July 4, 1776 (we all know this date) when 56 men signed their names to a document which they were well aware would bring freedom to all Americans--or leave every one of the 56 hanging from a gallows!  No pressure there.

It is unfortunate that a skill as important as decision-making, is not taught in every school.  And that fact that it is absent from most of the corporate training and human resource programs available is also a tragedy.

You just gave me an idea for my blog (I will link/track back to this post).</description>
