Public Workshops

I had scheduled 6 public workshops here in the Syracuse, NY area. To date, I’ve received zero calls for any of them. I’m somewhat surprised because one would think that seminars on leadership, motivation, stress management, and communications would go over fairly well. I even titled one after my book, Embrace The Lead, which I, for some stupid reason, thought would be at least a curiosity for drawing a few people, but I guess not.

Still, I’m hoping to take these on the road some day, as I know that there are people who request such things. However, I’m never really sure about my marketing efforts. If you’re so predisposed, check out how I marketed it online by going here.

I did get some advice from a Yahoo group on coaching that said I should try to find sponsors for these things; man, wouldn’t that be nice? Well, that still may happen, as I’m working on setting up a management/leadership summit for the Syracuse area. More on that possible event at a later time.
