It’s always a bit more special when it’s Senior Day in college basketball, which means it’s the last home game of the season, and usually the last game, played on your home court. It was special once again today at the Syracuse Orange men’s basketball team celebrated with its senior class, which leaves after winning today over Providence 91-66 with over 100 wins and a national championship in their pocket. It’s actually amazing to see a college basketball team in this day and age actually have 3 graduating seniors who were in the starting lineup. And, it was great seeing Jim Boeheim, whose gotten some pretty bad criticism in some years around these parts but never from me, winning number 700. Big props to the seniors; big props to the coach; big props to the team.
